About Our Products

What teams do you offer caps for?
We currently offer premium caps for these MLB teams: Baltimore Orioles, Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Yankees, and San Francisco Giants. Each team has both regular caps and special edition options.
Are your caps officially licensed MLB products?
Yes! All our caps are officially licensed MLB merchandise, guaranteeing authentic team logos, colors, and quality craftsmanship that true fans deserve.
How do I choose the right cap size?
Our caps come in standard sizing (S, M, L, XL). For the perfect fit, measure your head circumference just above your ears where your cap will sit. Our size chart is available on each product page. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up as caps can be adjusted slightly.

Ordering & Account Questions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure and convenient checkout. All payments are processed through our encrypted payment system for your security.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders more easily, save your shipping information, and get updates on new products and promotions.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your caps to you fast! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to most countries (excluding certain Asian regions and remote locations). Our baseball-loving staff in Rutland, Vermont handles all orders with care before they’re dispatched globally.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two great shipping options:

⚡ Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking.
🎁 Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch with basic tracking.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery for exchanges or refunds (excluding original shipping costs). Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached. Just email us at [email protected] to initiate your return.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
What if my cap arrives damaged or defective?
We take pride in our quality control, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
