Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our authentic MLB caps. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important: For hygiene reasons, all caps are final sale once worn. We can only accept returns of unworn caps with original tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Caps showing signs of wear (including bent brims or removed tags)
  • Special edition or clearance items marked as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend:
