5.2 Shipping Restrictions

For hygiene reasons, all caps are final sale once worn. We can only accept returns of unworn caps with original tags intact.

  • Caps showing signs of wear (including bent brims or removed tags)

To initiate a return:

  3. Package item securely in original packaging
  4. Ship to our warehouse using a trackable method

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
